About the Event
The Boil Block Party is a crawfish feast and music celebration rooted in New Orleans crawfish culture — on our way to bringing crawfish culture back to California. The crawfish are all over CA; we just don't have the culture or infrastructure… yet.
Second Line Pleasure Club is an attempt to bring home a feeling found in New Orleans: communal tables, live music, and the sense that everyone in the room belongs. There really isn't an eating experience like it.
Free entry. Free music. Crawfish pre-order required. Walk-ins limited. Come and hang out — we will have communal tables for eating and plenty of places to sit. Wine pouring from Tessier and Donkey and Goat. Beer from Gillman Brewing.
The Food
Sacramento Delta crawfish picked up on boil day, cooked on-site in a custom spice blend developed with Oaktown Spice Shop. Custom smoked andouille sausage from Livermore Butcher Shop, and seasonal fixings cooked to hit your table at peak quality. Bib, gloves, and napkins included.
Text ahead for vegan or GF fixings. Every haul comes with SLPC Viet-Cajun Inspired Garlic Butter. Extra dry seasoning or hot sauce available on request.
